Jack Cooper needs your help in finding qualified diesel mechanics We will be offering a referral bonus of $1,500* to help us find new mechanics. Just ensure that new mechanic applicants mention your name in the application process. If the mechanic is selected and stays with Jack Cooper, you will be compensated as follows:
Payout Schedule:

$500 paid out after 60 days

$500 paid out after 90 days

$500 paid out after 180 days
Requirements:

Referred candidate must be hired and complete first 30 days on the job

You do not have to be a mechanic to make the referral; all employees are eligible
*We will be offering a referral bonus of $2,500 for experienced mechanics (1+ year), paid out as follows:
