About the job

• Pull titles from file cabinets, according to daily customer requests
• Sign, stamp, and notarize titles and liens for customers
• Execute titles in accordance with state regulations
• Scan titles into computer; scan outbound titles for dealers and auctions
• Maintain accurate inventory system
• Prepare titles and keys for shipping; verify address
• Perform daily activities according to customer service levels


• High school graduate or equivalent
• One or more years' clerical experience
• Proficient in the use of computers and software including Microsoft Word,
Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent reading and communication skills
• Notary public (current status is beneficial, but can be obtained after hire)
• Strong data entry skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to effectively manage time and priorities; strong work ethic
• Team oriented
