Essential Functions:
• Manage customer relationships, including generating new customers and carriers
• Create multi-modal solutions for customers including dedicated trucking,
• Manage P & L and budgeting
• Implement metrics to drive customer change and increased visibility along the supply chain.
• Grow the business, adding new customers and carriers


• Seasoned Transportation and Logistics Professional with a proven track record of providing fiscal and operational leadership to generate growth for organizations
• Create value through innovation and process management utilizing a hands-on approach to achieve extraordinary results for growth-oriented organizations
• Areas of Expertise: Business Development, Sales, 3PL, Transportation Management, Carrier Management, Warehousing, $amp; Distribution, Project Management, Freight Optimization, Operations, Lean, Cost Reduction, $amp; Control, Startup and Change Management
• Strong in Vendor and Customer Relations
• Working knowledge of a TMS and CRM system
• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the freight business
• Self-starter with ability to work independently
• History in the freight business with a current book of business/customers
