Job Summary:
The Systems Analyst will work with user requirements, procedures, and processes to improve computer systems and infrastructure. The role also involves designing, deploying, monitoring, and upgrading systems in our hybrid cloud environments.

Essential Functions:
• Maintain IT infrastructure, including Windows, Linux, and VMWare-based platforms and application clusters.
• Gather required hardware, software, storage, and network environments for existing and future projects.
• Work as part of a team to assist application developers to ensure architecture viability while maintaining required uptime SLAs.
• Monitor SQL database performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Diagnose, resolve, and communicate problems.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:
• 8-hour shift 2 days in the office 3 days from home
• On-call duties are required for this position
• Possible travel to terminal sites

Ability to commute/relocate:
• Kansas City, MO 64108: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:
• Associate (Minimum)
• Bachelors (Preferred)

Experience:
• Management Information Systems: 1 year (Preferred)
• Windows Server, Linux, VMware installation: 1 year (Preferred)
• SQL server administration 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid, 2 days in the office, 3 days from home.

Requirements

• Minimum associate degree or program certification degree in computer science, management information systems, or a related field, and one or more years of experience in server operation support; or an equivalent combination of training and experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft OS technologies and relevant training
• Knowledge of ESX VMWare server technologies and relevant training or certifications
• Knowledge of Microsoft M365, Antivirus/Malware, SharePoint, Intune, Zoom Phones, Cisco Meraki, Azure
• Working knowledge of SQL server technologies in both on-prem and cloud environments.
• Good verbal and written communication skills
