Now Hiring! Quality & Claims Supervisor – Arlington, TX

Job Summary: Contribute to quality assurance activities and quality improvement initiatives.

Schedule: Monday through Friday (day shift)

Salary: 55-60k annually

Essential Functions
• Communicate regularly and effectively with members to obtain claim information and provide updates.
• Perform timely coverage analysis based on information and facts or allegations of each case.
• Investigate each claim to determine the extent of liability, damages, and contribution potential.
• Maintain claim files and documents claim file activities in accordance with established protocols, guidelines, procedures, and metrics.
• Provide professional customer service in the administration and management of risk control through aggressive claims management
• Investigate, evaluates and settle claims while verifying and analyzing data in accordance with company policy and procedures.
• Participate in claim review with Employers providing detailed reports and claim reviews.
• Work closely with all parties to the claim for successful resolution to the claim.
• Attend depositions, mediations, arbitrations, pre-trials, trials and all other legal proceedings, as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

• Prior knowledge in claims a plus but not required
• Ability to relate to employees and management, effectively and positively
