Job Summary
Oversee the loading of vehicles onto car hauling equipment.

Schedule: M-F (occasional Saturdays) 8 hour shift time with hours ranging somewhere in-between 7am-5pm start and finish time.

Essential Functions

Observe loading activities to ensure safe work methods are followed to coach and correct when needed. Stress safety during all aspects of the workforce’s day to day activities.
Assist drivers with solutions to load and haul cargo safely, efficiently, and damage free
Ensure policies and procedures are followed by drivers and auto handlers
Report load changes, inventory discrepancies, and request assistance as necessary
Occasional office work as required
Qualifications and Skills

2 or more years’ supervisory experience
Experience supervising in a union environment preferred
Superior analytical skills
Excellent communication, and customer service skills
Solid understanding of DOT/MOT regulations, as applicable
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Suite
Willingness to work in all weather conditions
Valid Driver license
Physical ability (Continuous walking, standing, bending, noise)
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
