Job Description
We are looking for an Auto Logistics Coordinator. We are looking for someone who has experience in auto relocation services, ideally in the used vehicle market, to perform various duties, ensuring cost-effective and efficient vehicle transportation, while providing the highest level of customer service.
Responsibilities:
• Transportation order management – Monitor active orders to ensure vehicles are being moved in accordance with company procedures and customer SLAs. This involves:
• Order entry into TMS. Accuracy of rates and order information is critical.
• Matching orders with carriers.
• Monitoring reports to ensure timely movement of vehicles.
• Updating TMS and to include assisting customers with questions, order status updates, etc.
• Provide excellent customer service, assisting with timely and professional handling of customer or carrier phone and email inquiries.
• Carrier procurement – recruit and onboard carriers, ensuring that all required documentation is received and properly entered in the company vendor system.
• Assist Transportation Manager with billing detail and transportation claims.
Requirements
Requirements:
• Previous experience in auto relocation services(preferred)
• High school graduate or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Proficient in the use of computers and programs in Microsoft Office
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and effectively manage time and priorities
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills
• Ability to work effectively in a stressful environment
• Attention to detail
