Meet The Team

Simone Greene

Director of Recruiting

Simone strives to be the best liaison for our candidates and internal employees. She is passionate about building a strong network of HR professionals with diverse backgrounds and experience to build connections that help strengthen our internal team and assist candidates with finding the next step on their career journey.

Simone has over ten years of experience in recruiting, spending time in both corporate teams and the agency side of the industry. While she has experience placing talent in all corporate positions, her specialty lies in relationship building.

Simone is from Los Angeles, CA and a graduate of the Clark Atlanta University of Atlanta, GA. When she is not focused on her career, she enjoys spending her free time with her husband ,three daughters, and big fur baby living outside of Atlanta. Whether outdoors playing tennis, gardening or creating various things from her kitchen, she loves nurturing others!

Ed Hollingsworth

Director of Project Management

Ed was born in Rochester, NY and grew up in Nashville, TN. He received his Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Tennessee and his MBA in Supply Chain Finance from Purdue University. He’s lived in Indianapolis, Dallas, Chicago, Nashville, and Atlanta. Ed has 15 years of experience in Project Management, Finance, and Engineering roles at Rolls-Royce, Delta Air Lines, and Kraft-Heinz. Some of his interests include following & playing sports, cooking, traveling, attending music festivals, and camping. He has been married to his wife, Ronda, for 7 years and they have had their dog, Peyton, for 3 years.

Lawrence Roberts

Terminal Manager, Lansing

Lawrence is a servant Leader of Distributions/Manufacturing Operations whose focus is building strong scalable teams and delivering sustainable best in class results. He has strong diverse industries experiences and 24+ years of success in high mix/low to mid volume environments: Food & Beverage, Fresh Produce, Automotive & Auto Car-hauling. He also has diversified management experience in developing and building teams comfortable in interacting with all levels of the organization and excellent problem-solving skills. He holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Management. He has been married for 22 years and has two teen adults ages 16 and 20.

Kasandra Ordaz

HR Business Partner

Born in California, raised in Georgia, and with half her heart in Mexico, Kasandra is passionate about traveling, turtles, and teaching English. She has a background in Anthropology and, prior to joining Jack Cooper, spent a year working in Japan. She is always willing to share stories from her experiences traveling through Guatemala, the Philippines, and Taiwan!

Chad Johnson

Terminal Area Manager, Cottage Grove

Go Pack Go! Chad is a huge fan of the Packers. He enjoys Survivor, being outdoors and considers himself a hazy I.P.A consumer. Chad is married with three kids. Did we mention he likes the Packers??
